Hip Hop
Hip Hop is the current rage! these classes are tons of fun and great exercise,  students will get to dance to some of the latest music and learn exciting choreography. Hip Hop is similar to what you would see in a music videos or with rap music. Each teacher has their own unique combination of styles.
Hip Hop Apparel: Sweats or shorts and a baggy T-Shirt. CLEAN indoor running shoes.

Grooving & Conditioning (non-choreo Hop Hop class)
Grooves are continuous and repetitive movements that flows to the music.  It is the foundation of the original Hip Hop party dance before dancers start putting the moves into choreography.  For example: Running Man, Roger Rabit, Dougie, these are all grooves.  This class will focus on the specific technique of each groove and learn thru repetition.  Combined with conditioning exercises and the highly cardio intensive grooves, this class will strengthen the body for Hip Hop and dancing in general.
