Mommy* & Me

A class to build bonds with your little one while honouring your body and prioritizing your health! At Seymour, we understand that sometimes you have to juggle to-dos and schedules, and oftentimes you have to sacrifice your own priorities to do so - not anymore! 

*Mommy, Daddy, or Parent is welcome to participate with their precious little one!

What to Wear?

Wear form-fitting, secure and comfortable clothing! If you have any dance shoes, feel free to bring them, but you can also wear bare feet. Please bring an athletic bag to hold your water bottle and anything your little will need!

Pilates fitness &
FUN-ctional fitness

Seymour Dance is proud to host a variety of morning classes taught by Ariyanna, geared toward mobility and balance rehabilitation, and core conditioning! These classes are geared towards adults who've had an injury or are looking to prevent injury, build community and keep fit! Classes are accessible to ages 50+, however, there is currently no ramp access to our building.  

What to Wear?

Wear form-fitting, secure clothing! If you have any dance shoes, feel free to bring them, but you can also wear bare feet. Please bring an athletic bag to hold your water bottle and outdoor items!

 

Tuesday Classes   

8:45 am: Pilates Core

10:15 am: FUNctional Fitness (for mobility and balance rehab)

 

Wednesday Classes

8:45 am: Barre Fitness

 

Thursday Classes     

8:45 am: Sports Core Conditioning
