This dance form combines dance with gymnastics. Partner work, lifts, and acrobatic skills are the main focus.
The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is a worldwide organization that governs ballet through a series of graded exams.
Breaking, often called breakdancing or b-boying/b-girling, is an athletic style of street dance.
A free style of dancing that is not as restricted as classical ballet; movements are expressive of feelings, emotions and abstract ideas.
Hip Hop is similar to what you would see in music videos or with rap music. Each teacher has their own unique combination of styles.
This is a fast-paced class that includes instruction in turns, jumps, flexibility, and choreography.
Lyrical dance is a style of dance created from the fusion of Ballet with Jazz and Contemporary dance techniques.
This class uses the iconic pointe shoe for the RAD syllabus and choreography.
Stage/Broadway Bound combines acting, singing/lip syncing and dance. Broadway tunes and scenes are used. This is a great class to take to be a “Triple Threat”.
Tap is designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Exercises focus on building articulation of feet and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement.
