At Seymour Dance, we’re more than just a studio; we’re a dance family. For over 60 years, we've been an active and proud part of the North Shore community, offering a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for students of all ages to dance, learn, and grow.

Seymour Dance is a performing arts studio that provides students with multiple opportunities throughout the season to perform and engage in live stage experiences; helping build confidence, creativity, and a love for the arts.

We believe in the power of a caring and vibrant dance community, where every dancer feels supported and encouraged. From our tiniest three-year-olds to adult students, we offer a wide range of classes at our two North Shore locations.

Our dedicated and highly trained staff bring expertise across many dance genres, and many of them grew up dancing right here at Seymour Dance!

Seymour Dance is proudly owned and operated by Marissa Heaven, Lauren Overholt, and Katie Gillett; three passionate educators who each grew up dancing at Seymour Dance. Together, they are deeply committed to creating an inviting, inclusive, and caring space where students can fall in love with dance and feel part of a supportive community.
